About the Innkeepers

Top Rated Seattle Accommodations Innkeepers

We’re Chris and Lisa, the new innkeepers of Greenlake Guest House. Our path here was shaped by a shared love of travel, quiet stays in thoughtfully run inns, and the simple joy of cooking and hosting for others. When the opportunity arose to carry forward what Julie and Blayne created, it felt like a natural fit. We’re honored to build on their legacy and create a welcoming, comfortable place for guests to relax, connect, and feel at home.

By day, we’re longtime members of Seattle’s tech community and will continue in our roles as we ease into this next chapter. In the meantime, you’ll most often find us at the inn on weekends—cooking, hosting, and getting to know our guests. During the week, a dedicated assistant innkeeper will be here to ensure the same warm, attentive experience we care deeply about.

We also share the home with our children Mason and Keaton, who live with us in the owner’s quarters while Keaton attends college and Mason bravely takes on law school. Our four-legged family members round out the household, mostly holding down the fort behind the scenes—but they’re known to make the occasional guest appearance, especially if a guest is missing their furry friends back home. All of us are committed to making your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible!
