Neighborhood Restaurants with Takeout and Delivery and Patio & Inside Dining (updated 11-19-20)
Seattle restaurants closed back on March 16 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and re-opened for indoor and outdoor dining at reduced capacity during the summer. Unfortunately, due to the fall surge of COVID-19, restaurants in Washington State will be limited to outdoor dining and takeout, effective November 18, 2020. Many restaurants have gotten really creative with covered, heated, and well lit outdoor spaces that are comfortable even in winter.
Here are some of our favorite neighborhood restaurants that are currently offering takeout and delivery or outdoor dining after November 18. We will continue to update this list. We are thankful for these Greenlake neighborhood restaurants that are choosing to remain open, despite a challenging environment. Note: We recommend calling ahead or checking website to confirm hours of operation as it seems to be changing quickly.
Chocolati sells handcrafted artisan chocolates, pastries, fancy hot chocolate, and espresso drinks from their walk-up window. Less than 5 minute walk away. Open every day from 8-7. 206-527-5467
Duke's Chowder House has a large patio and is known for fresh, sustainably caught seafood and chowder. Gluten free menu available, as well as grass fed burgers. Takeout, delivery, and patio open daily for lunch and dinner 11am-10pm. 206-522-4908
Greenlake Grill is a homestyle local restaurant with inventive burgers, milkshakes, cocktails, and more. Currently offering takeout, delivery and patio dining. Open 11-9 Monday-Friday and 9-9 Saturday and Sunday. 206-729-6179
Eight Row is a local farm to table restaurant offering locally sourced menus and an outdoor grill. Takeout and patio dining available. Open Wednesday-Saturday, 12-9. 206-294-3178
Latona Pub has been a neighborhood favorite for over 30 years. Beer, wine, and growlers are also available for takout. Try their unique Caesar Salad with Grilled Pineapple (Blayne's favorite). Closed Monday, open 4-9pm Tuesday-Thursday, and 12-9pm Friday- Sunday. Takeout and some outdoor tables available. 206-525-2238.
Mykonos Greek Grill is a small, family-owned hidden gem of a restaurant offering reasonable prices and their full menu for takeout orders 11am-9pm, closed Mondays. 206-523-8929
Nell's Restaurant offers inventive, European -inspired seasonal dishes. Large and small plates available, plus wine and cocktails to go. Takeout food and cocktails and wine available 5-8pm every day. 206-524-4044.
Rosita’s Mexican Grill is a family-run, longtime neighborhood favorite with homemade tortillas and Mexican favorites, and is open for takeout as well as delivery from 4-8pm Sunday- Thursday, 4-9pm Friday and 3-9pm Saturday. 206-523-3031
Shelter Lounge Greenlake offers creative, pub-style food in a light and airy building with tall ceilings and big windows that open wide on warm days. Currently closed, but their Snack Shack onsite offers pre-packaged salads, sandwiches, and coffee, wine and beer available for takeout. 206-420-7452
Tapas Lab has some of the tastiest and most creative food in the neighborhood; small plates with a Korean twist. Available for takeout or delivery with a few outdoor tables 4-9pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays. 206-775-1744
Teddy's Bigger Burgers offers an amazing variety of burgers and toppings and homemade shakes. Based out of Hawaii, this franchise is locally owned and the owner is a leader in the Greenlake business community. Available for both takeout and delivery, open 11am-10pm daily. 206-582-1885.
Urban Bakery offers espresso, homemade quiche, sandwiches, soups, and incredible pastries an for pick up and outside tables available between 7am and 6pm Monday-Saturday and 8am-5pm Sunday. 5 minute walk from our B&B. 206-524-7951
