Rocky Road Bars
Thanks to our friend Linda D for sharing another favorite cookie recipe with us. This one is an easy and tasty no-bake bar.
6 oz. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. (1 cup) butterscotch chips (we substituted white chocolate chips)
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts.
Place both chips and peanutbutter im a large microwave proof bowl.Place in microwave and cook uncovered for 2-3 1/2 minutes. Microwave an additional 15-20 seconds if needed. Stir until melted and smooth. Fold in marshmallows and peanutes. Spread in a buttered 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate for one hour and then cut into squares.
