There are so many things to do and see during your Washington State vacation! While you are in the Seattle area, consider adding a day trip or overnight tour to your itinerary to explore more of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

• Washington State Ferries (Try a ferry trip to Bainbridge Island and back from the Seattle waterfront for the views.)
• Winery Tours
• Chateau Ste Michelle
• Columbia Winery
• Leavenworth Bavarian Village (very touristy but fun)
• Cascade Loop Drive (Over 400 miles of spectacular views along the North Cascade Mountains! Includes the Old West town of Winthrop. Best to allow more than one day)
• City of Snohomish "Antique Capital of the Northwest"
• San Juan Islands
• Olympic National Forest
• Mt. Rainier National Park
• Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic Monument
• Snow skiing at Crystal Mountain, Stevens Pass, or Snoqualmie Pass
• Victoria, BC, Canada (Pretty "Garden City" with a touch of Old England!)
• 2-hour boat ride available from Seattle to Victoria via the Victoria Clipper
• Vancouver, BC, Canada (Very cosmopolitan city 2 hours north)
